RADE Engineering (“RADE,” “we,” “us”) uses information you provide to respond to project inquiries, evaluate potential engineering and manufacturing work, and communicate about requested services.
Information we collect
When you submit our RFQ form, we may receive your name, work email address, company, phone number, project description, selected services, estimated quantities, timeline, and attached drawings or reference files. Technical server logs and basic spam-prevention data may also be processed.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to evaluate your project, contact you about scope and quotations, coordinate design/manufacturing work and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell submitted project information.
Service providers and manufacturing partners
RFQ submissions are delivered using a third-party email service (Resend) and may pass through our website hosting/security provider (Cloudflare). If your project advances, relevant technical details may be shared with manufacturing suppliers or other project collaborators as needed, subject to appropriate arrangements. If your documents are highly sensitive, please ask us about an NDA and an agreed sharing process before submitting them.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries only as needed for business purposes and applicable obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect submissions, but no internet transmission or service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or export-controlled information through this general RFQ form.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
